Our private villas are in Kizilyaka Village which is a typical unspoilt Turkish village. It is situated on the main road leading from Dalaman airport to the seaside resort of Marmaris. It is within 12 minutes drive of the seaside resort of Akyaka with it's wide sandy beach, bars & restaurants etc.

Welcome to our Private Holiday Villas In Turkey

These are two newly built luxury, identical, private villas, ideal for the discerning traveller in an unspoilt part of Turkey. They each have their own grassed garden areas with ample room to relax and play and are situated on a plot totalling 5000 sq metres. This is an ideal safe environment for children to play.

A large private swimming pool (15m x 8m) is a constant depth throughout (1.6m) and has a separate Jacuzzi and children’s pool. The villas have been designed with comfort and convenience in mind and include air conditioning, satellite T.V, fridge freezer, full oven, microwave, washing machine, dining table and chairs, sunloungers etc.

Each villa consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (1double with en-suite and private balcony, 2 twin), separate bathroom with shower, comfortable and extremely large living room and dining areas, fully fitted kitchen including all modern amenities.

The private villas are single storey, built in the traditional Mugla style of the area. They offer uninterrupted panoramic views over the surrounding countryside and mountains from their beautifully carved wooden verandas. The maximum sleeping capacity is 6 using beds and 7 by use of a bed settee per villa. Also if you only need the use of one villa but would prefer sole use, this can also be arranged.(Please see rates page for details of prices). Pool cleaning and gardening are included in the price. Towels and bed linen will be changed and the villa will be cleaned at the end of each week. There is ample space for 4 cars within the secure grounds.

There are English speaking contacts, living near to the village who can be contacted in case of emergency. You will be met on arrival at the villas.

Car hire is advisable. This can be arranged to collect at the airport or have delivered to the villa. Airport transfers can also be arranged. Please contact for details.
