The villas stand on a plot totalling 5000 sq metres. The rear of the property has space to park 4 cars with grass areas and paths leading to entrance doors to both properties. Each villa has it’s own grassed open plan garden area with ample space for sunbathing, ball games etc.
Paths lead from each property to the superb 15m x 8m freeform swimming pool with Jacuzzi & kiddie pool. This is a constant depth of 1.6m. There are sun-loungers and parasols and more than enough space for sunbathing.
Beyond the pool is an extensive grassed area measuring approx. 2500 sq metres for children to play in a secure environment as the whole grounds are enclosed by a tall fence.
The pool, pool area, sun-loungers and gardens are cleaned every day.
